Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member," "you," or "your") and ok 37 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ok 37 website, mobile interface, and all gaming, sports betting, and associated services provided at ok37.im ("the Service").

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any part of the ok 37 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ok 37 platform and close your account.

ok 37 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of ok 37 following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use ok 37, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. ok 37 operates a strict minimum age policy and will verify the age of members through available documentation where required.
• You must be accessing ok 37 as an individual — corporate accounts, group accounts, and registrations made on behalf of another person are not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee of ok 37 or its affiliated entities.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legal status of online gaming in your location before registering.
• You must be the owner or authorised user of the payment method used to fund your ok 37 account.

ok 37 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension and, where appropriate, forfeiture of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one active account on the ok 37 platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or alias accounts — whether using the same identity, a different identity, or a combination of shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of accumulated balances.

When registering at ok 37, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• Keep your account password secure and not share it with any other person. You accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.
• Notify ok 37 immediately at support@ok37.im if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Update your account information promptly when any detail changes, particularly your contact number or payment method details.

ok 37 implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in line with standard platform compliance requirements. You may be asked to submit a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC when requested may have withdrawals suspended until the process is complete.

ok 37 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following supported payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

• All deposits are processed in PKR. No foreign currency deposits are accepted.
• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts in good standing, though high-value deposits may be subject to additional verification.
• Deposits made via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay are credited to your ok 37 balance instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider.
• Bank transfers (IBFT) may take up to four hours to reflect, depending on the originating bank's processing time. Weekends and public holidays may cause additional delays on the bank side.
• You may only deposit from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members' accounts — are not accepted and will be returned where possible.
• ok 37 does not charge a fee for deposits. Any transaction charges imposed by your payment provider are your own responsibility.

ok 37 is committed to fast and transparent withdrawals for all eligible members. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts in good standing are processed within ten minutes to the requested payment method during standard operating hours.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in your own name. ok 37 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Before your first withdrawal, your account must have completed the KYC verification process. This is a one-time requirement — once verified, subsequent withdrawals are processed without additional documentation.
• ok 37 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard amounts. For very high-value withdrawals, a processing fee schedule will be communicated at the time of the request.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements. Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until the requirements are fulfilled.
• ok 37 reserves the right to process a withdrawal to the same payment method used for the original deposit, regardless of the method requested, for fraud prevention purposes.
• In exceptional circumstances — including ongoing fraud investigations, suspicious activity review, or technical disruption — withdrawal processing may be temporarily delayed. ok 37 will communicate any such delay to the member directly.

ok 37 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, free spins on jackpot slots, refer-a-friend rewards, and periodic reload promotions.

The following general terms apply to all ok 37 bonuses unless a specific promotion page states otherwise:

• Bonuses are only available to members who have opted in through the relevant promotion mechanism. Unless explicitly stated, bonuses are not automatically credited.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount must be bet before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement is stated on each promotion page.
• Bonus funds are used only after real money funds in your balance have been depleted, unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion.
• ok 37 reserves the right to cancel a bonus and associated winnings if it detects evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements, multiple accounts used to claim the same promotion, and irregular patterns that suggest exploitation rather than genuine play.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or combined with other promotions unless explicitly permitted by the relevant promotion terms.
• Free spins on ok 37 jackpot slots are subject to the same wagering terms as other bonuses. Any winnings from free spins must be wagered the required number of times before withdrawal.
• Refer-a-friend rewards are credited after the referred member's first qualifying deposit and meeting the minimum wagering activity threshold. Full referral programme terms are available on the Refer a Friend page at ok 37.

The following rules govern all sports bets placed on the ok 37 platform:

• All bets are placed in PKR. Minimum and maximum bet sizes vary by market and are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• A bet is confirmed only when accepted by the ok 37 system and a bet reference number is generated. Bets that have not been confirmed by the system are not valid — a screen showing a bet form without a confirmation reference does not constitute a placed bet.
• ok 37 uses real-time odds that fluctuate up until the event begins. The odds at the time of confirmed bet acceptance are the odds that apply — not odds viewed earlier on the same page.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to availability. ok 37 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time, particularly during periods of uncertainty in a match (e.g., wicket falls, DRS reviews, weather interruptions).
• If a sporting event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned before completion, ok 37's standard void and refund policy applies. Detailed event-specific rules are available in the Sports Betting section of the platform.
• ok 37 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where there is evidence of match manipulation, insider information, or any other integrity concern, regardless of whether the bet would otherwise be a winning one.
• Accumulators and combination bets are available on selected markets. All individual selections in an accumulator must win for the bet to return. Voided individual selections within an accumulator reduce the accumulator's leg count by one.

ok 37's casino section includes live dealer games (Andar Bahar, Roulette), RNG-based games (slots, virtual sports), and turbo game variants. The following rules apply to all casino gameplay:

• All RNG games at ok 37 use certified Random Number Generator technology. Results are statistically independent and cannot be predicted or influenced by prior outcomes.
• Game results are final once confirmed by the system. Technical errors that affect a game outcome — such as connection drops mid-round — are subject to ok 37's technical fault policy, which is applied case-by-case and documented in the support resolution record.
• Live dealer game results are determined by the physical card dealt or wheel spin as captured on the live stream. In the event of a dispute, the recorded stream is the authoritative record.
• Jackpot slots operate on network progressive pools. The jackpot amount displayed is real-time and accurate. Once a jackpot is triggered and confirmed, the prize is credited to the winning account and the pool resets to its seed value.
• The Bonus Buy feature on eligible slot games uses real money from your available balance — not bonus funds — unless a specific promotion explicitly permits bonus funds for Bonus Buy.
• ok 37 reserves the right to temporarily suspend any game for maintenance, update, or compliance review without prior notice. Real money balance is not affected by game suspension.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ok 37 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where legally appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated betting tools, bots, scripts, or any software that interacts with the ok 37 platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or display glitches to place bets that would not otherwise be available at the displayed odds or stakes.
• Registering or maintaining more than one account on the ok 37 platform.
• Sharing account credentials or allowing another person to operate your account.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed at ok 37.
• Depositing funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity or using ok 37 for money laundering in any form.
• Engaging in chip dumping, collusion, or coordinated play designed to manipulate outcomes in casino games.
• Attempting to abuse, farm, or exploit bonus offers through abnormal betting patterns including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed specifically to clear wagering requirements without genuine play intent.
• Providing false information during registration, KYC verification, or in any communication with the ok 37 support team.

ok 37 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at our discretion where we reasonably believe that a member has violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other members.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, ok 37 will communicate the reason for suspension to the member and provide a timeframe for resolution where possible. If the investigation concludes with no breach finding, the account will be reinstated and any affected functionality restored.

Members may voluntarily close their own ok 37 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real money balance in excess of the applicable minimum will be returned to the member's verified payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

ok 37 takes responsible gaming seriously. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial or personal distress. We provide the following tools to all members:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly in your account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling period.

• ok 37 is not liable for any financial loss arising from: technical faults beyond our reasonable control, inaccurate odds resulting from data feed errors (subject to our void policy), or your inability to access the platform due to network or device issues on your side.
• ok 37's total liability to any member in connection with any single incident is limited to the value of the bet or transaction directly affected by that incident.
• ok 37 is not responsible for any tax obligations you may incur as a result of winnings. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with any applicable tax laws in your jurisdiction.

ok 37 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify active members of material changes through on-platform notifications or email before changes take effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.

If you continue to use ok 37 after revised Terms have been communicated, you are deemed to have accepted those revisions. If you disagree with any revised Terms, your remedy is to close your account — we will return your remaining eligible balance in the normal course.
